Free Economy Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over £195. Almost all of our products are available for free economy delivery Monday to Friday.

Order Processing

All orders are processed as soon as possible, and we aim to dispatch between 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email from CustomerService@hallofprint.com when your order is dispatched.

Next Day or Weekend Delivery

Next day delivery and weekend delivery options are available on almost all of our products and will incur an extra cost calculated at checkout. Some areas such as the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Shetland Islands may take 2-3 days.

Delivery Instructions

At the time of ordering, you can provide us with a contact telephone number and delivery instructions that may help our couriers once your order has been dispatched. This could include leaving an order with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not home.

BFPO Addresses

We will make every effort to deliver your order to any given BFPO address. The British Forces Post Office (BFPO) provides a postal service to HM Forces, separate from that provided by Royal Mail.

Free Delivery Exceptions

We offer free mainland UK delivery as standard on orders over £195, but some more remote locations within the UK incur extra costs:

• Northern Ireland: BT postcodes + £25
• Outer Hebrides: HS postcodes + £25
• Shetland Islands: ZE postcodes + £25
• Isle of Man: IM postcodes + £25
• Guernsey: GY postcodes + £35

Location Restrictions

We offer next day delivery as standard on many products, although there are specific UK postcode areas that can take an additional 2 to 3 days. These include parts of Scotland, Shetland, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, and Northern Ireland.

Split Deliveries

We offer split deliveries for when you require specific products or quantities from your order to be shipped to different addresses.

• Split deliveries to 2 to 9 addresses will incur a charge of £15 per additional address.
• Split deliveries to 10 or more addresses will incur a charge of £10 per additional address.
• Where more than one consignment is set for delivery to the same address on the same day (for example, to different individuals in the same building), the costs will be consolidated and consignments will be charged as a single delivery.

Packing Your Order

Every order will be delivered in protective, specific shipping packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials where possible.

Tracking Your Order

To track the progress of your order, please visit your Order History under My Account and view the order details. We will also inform you of any changes or important delivery details affecting your order.

Adverse Weather Conditions

We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.
